Formation of metal corrosion:
1. Major metal corrosion is raised by electrical chemical reaction.
2. Moist and salty seaside air cause metal oxidation. Unless metal aluminum fin and copper tube in air conditioner outdoor unit are fully isolated from salty air, otherwise, oxidation corrosion will be formed.
3. Most air conditioner condenser coil are bare copper tube and aluminum fin bonded, and they may have pre-coating in the fin surface. However, when these simple fin coating is enlarged, there are tiny holes, and the metal surface will contact outdoor air. And electrical chemical reaction will cause corrosion to the condenser tube and fin.
