Type of nano composite coating

1. Handy size set:

Application: The handy anti-corrosion set will good to apply to condenser unit copper tube bend ends as recommended.

Our estimation the handy anti-corrosion set will good to serve 2 to 3 sets split unit (1.5 hp size) copper tube bend 2 ends. 

The DIY spray type nano composite coating liquid solution set consists of 2 major parts: 

Part 1 is 1 bottle of 500ml cleaning solution and 

Part 2 is 1 small bottle A 150 ml and B 450 ml nano composite solution set.

2. Barrel size solution: 

One (1) kg coating product will serve 15 m2 condenser coil surface area (the copper tube and aluminum fin coil). For application of whole condenser coil coating, it should be done by serviceman with spraying tools. 

1 kg nano composite coating should serve about 5 sets 1.5 hp split unit condenser coil. (each 1.5 hp split unit, condenser coil surface area is about 0.15 m2 to 0.20 m2).
