Value of recommended nano composite anti-corrosion coating:

1. Save material (new conditioner unit) and labor cost for replacement of badly corroded air conditioner unit.

2. From certified test report, common bare condenser coil unit loses over 50% fin weight under 3000 hours (equivalent to about 2 years unit normal running) on salt spraying test. We estimate the bare condenser unit needs to be replaced after 2.5 years installed in seaside area.

7. Warranty life span of nano composite coating:

The warranty period of nano composite coating is 5 years. Each additional nano composite coating repair service will extend 6 months warranty.
